Investment Readiness Program
Investment Readiness Demo Day: April 28, 2026
The Investment Readiness Program is designed for Saskatchewan-based seed-stage companies preparing to raise a meaningful institutional round. This program supports founders who are already gaining traction and are now focused on strengthening their fundraising strategy, diligence materials, and investor readiness ahead of a $2M–$3M+ raise.
Rather than broad startup education, this program is built around targeted preparation—helping a small cohort of high-potential companies position themselves for serious capital conversations with investors, financial institutions, and venture funds.
Eligibility:
Seed-stage or later
Actively planning a $2M–$3M+ raise
Saskatchewan-based
Ready for deep due diligence
How it Works: Following the application and nomination period, a pre-selection committee made up of Startup TNT investors, partners, and ecosystem leaders conducts an initial review to identify companies best positioned for deeper diligence. Selected companies then enter an intensive, month-long investment readiness phase focused on preparing for follow-on investment.
Outcomes & Demo Day: Companies demonstrating strong investor interest and readiness will be selected for inclusion in the final Deal Book and invited to present at Demo Day during Uniting the Prairies. Demo Day provides targeted exposure to local and out-of-province investors who are actively deploying capital.
