What makes us unique?

We are approachable.

  • Many of our investors are writing their first Angel check with Startup TNT

  • We work to provide constructive feedback to all companies going through Due diligence with us

  • We work together with the top companies to structure a deal that makes sense for all parties

We take a team-based approach

  • We leverage the power of our collective investment teams to provide professional-grade due diligence

  • Many of our investors are farmers, Ag business owners, and professionals from the industry, allowing us to review many types of agri-food technologies

No warm introduction needed

  • To start raising at Startup TNT, just fill out the application form

  • The process itself is how we build the relationships with the entrepreneurs

Startup TNT Agri-Food Summit Spring 2025

Investment Summit Finale: November 27, 2025

Startup TNT is dedicated to improving access to capital for early-stage tech companies. We do this by increasing the pool of professional early-stage investors, educating entrepreneurs on fundraising best practices, and facilitating lasting relationships between both parties.

Startup TNT Investment Summits help raise capital for startups and make it easier for local investors, both seasoned and new, to angel investing.

Eligibility: Our Agri-Food Summit Investment Summit is open to startups located anywhere in Canada.

How it Works: $150K+ invested into each Winner + $25K-$150K side deals into additional companies.

Many angels decide to invest more than their original $5k cheque; therefore, the Winner will likely raise $200k - $500k+ in total. In 2024, our 12 Summit Winners received an average of $210K.

Additional side deals negotiated at the Sector Summit Finale with non-winners range from $25k to $350k.

All deals are syndicated by Startup TNT (through an LP), resulting in a single line on your cap table and easy investor relations (we herd your cats).
