## Who we are

Startup TNT and its affiliated entities ("Startup TNT", "we") operate the Startup TNT website, Investor Portal, and related investment programs.

## What we collect

Portal sign-in: email address, name, and (if you sign in with Google) the basic profile information Google provides to authenticate you (email, name, profile picture ID). We do not access anything else in your Google account.

Investor records: the investment entities you hold, your positions (company, deal, amount, units), fund participations, and any Canadian tax identifiers (SIN, BN, Trust, Partnership) you provide for CRA reporting. Tax identifiers are encrypted at rest, and administrative access is logged.

Communications: emails you send us, statements we generate for you, authentication logs (sign-in timestamps, IP address).

## How we use it

- Authenticate you and show you your own investor records

- Generate statements and tax slips (e.g., T5013)

- Communicate about your investments and fund activities

- Meet legal, tax, and securities-law obligations

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

## Who we share it with

Service providers we use to run the Portal and our business, under contractual confidentiality: Supabase (database + authentication), Netlify (hosting), Google (sign-in, if you use it), BoldSign (document signing), Plooto and VoPay (transfers), Google Workspace / MailChimp (email delivery).

We may disclose information to regulators (e.g., CRA) or in response to valid legal process, and to our professional advisors (accountants, lawyers, auditors) as needed.

## Security

Row-level security limits each investor to their own records. Tax identifiers are encrypted at rest. All traffic is HTTPS. We retain investment records indefinitely for regulatory purposes and authentication logs for a shorter period.

## Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing `yourfriends@startuptnt.com`. We will respond within 30 days.

You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial commissioner if unsatisfied with our response.

## Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account.
