Startup TNT Investor Portal Terms of Service

By using the Startup TNT Investor Portal (the "Portal") you agree to these terms.

## Who the Portal is for

The Portal is provided by invitation to investors in Startup TNT syndicates and funds, or their authorized contacts. You must be at least 18 and qualify as an accredited investor under Canadian securities laws.

## Your account

Keep your password or Google sign-in session secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at `investors@startuptnt.com` if you suspect unauthorized access.

## What the Portal is (and isn't)

The Portal is an informational interface showing Startup TNT's internal records of your holdings. The authoritative documents for your investments are the subscription agreements, partnership agreements, and fund documents you signed. If anything on the Portal conflicts with those documents, those documents prevail.

The Portal is not an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy, or investment/tax/legal advice.

## Acceptable use

Don't access anyone else's data, don't scrape or probe the Portal, don't interfere with its availability for others, and don't use it for unlawful purposes.

## Disclaimers and liability

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by Alberta law, Startup TNT and its affiliates ("Startup TNT") is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal. Total liability is limited to CAD $1.

## Termination

We may suspend Portal access at any time, with or without notice. Termination of Portal access does not affect your underlying investments.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Alberta courts.
